Two days ago it updated to the latest Firmware version 2.6.2.104 for the Router and 2.6.2.2 for the 2 satellites and we've started to experience the exact same issue described in this thread. Hardwired connections continue to work without issue. The wifi drops very frequently each day, although, some existing connections continue. For example, Roku steam continues. Our daughter's Zoom class continues but she's unable to open any other tabs due to no connection. Rebooting the router fixes it for a few hours but then it repeats!
just curious...what do you mean when you say..."Two days ago it updated to the latest Firmware"
what was the process?

Sorry, to clarify, I was in the Web based Admin portal on the "Firmware update" screen where it showed there was a new firware version available for both the Router and 2 satellites. I then clicked Update All. So it wasn't automatic without me knowing but was simply applying the latest version (vs doing a Manual Update).

Thanks
I only mention that because some believe you have no choice to update, but in reality you do. It wouldn't be so precarious if NG did a better job with their firmware testing.
Thanks again for the honesty.

** UPDATE **
Yesterday I rolled back the Router and Satellites to an earlier build and so far that appears to have fixed this issue.
Router: RBR40 v2.6.6.104 reverted back to 2.6.1.36
Satellite: RBW30 v2.6.2.2 reverted back to 2.6.1.6
Note: I updated the Satellites first. Once both showed they had completed, I then updated the Router.
fyi, the previous versions can be found in the Download screen for your particular model (router & satellites)
