The satellite are turning blue but the other is not! What am I doing wrong?? I have tried connecting the Ethernet cord to the internet space on both modem and router and played around with the different Ethernet spaces. Frustrated and want to return!!
It might help to step back and make sure we are all on the same page. Power off both modem and Orbi. Connect an ethernet cable from the WAN (yellow) port on the Orbi to the ethernet port on the modem. (There is only ONE ethernet port on the modem?) Power on the modem, and wait until the lights stabilize, which can take 3-5 minutes. Then, power on the Orbi. What is the sequence of lights on the top of the Orbi (the "ring" lights)? A description of the Orbi ring lights can be found here: https://kb.netgear.com/31030/What-do-the-LEDs-on-my-Orbi-mean
