Orbi RBR40 lost its WIFI and won't reset

I've had this RBR40 for about 2 weeks.  It worked great in the beginning.  I'm running 1 satellite.

Yesterday, we lost Wi-fi throughout the house.  I know of no changes that were made to router hardware or settings (does this thing get automatic firmware updates?).

Today I've tried connecting to the router via ethernet cable from my PC.  I'm unable to load the setup which was at 10.0.0.1.  I tried resetting by pressing the reset button, holding for over 1 minute and no change to the green power indicator, so this is also obviously not working.  I've powered it off and on multiple times but it just comes back to the same white light blinking halo.
