Orbi RBR40 not recognizing RBS20 satellites

This was resolved with support from my email to netgearteam@netgear.com. I ended up resetting my RBR40 router and to factory settings, and then re-applied my SSID name and password. All devices reconnected easily.

I have spent hours troubleshooting this issue. It turns out that the current firmware is defective. It will install just fine to the sattelites, but when it installs on to the Router, it will brick the router. After spending over 7 hours on this issue, I found that the only way to fix the system is to downgrade the system to the previous version- 2.7.3.22. But it's hard and has to be done manually.
I really hope Netgear releases a working firmware version.
