Orbi RBR40 not recognizing RBS20 satellites
I have an Orbi router (RBR40) and three Orbi satellites (RBS20). All are at the current firmware (V2.7.4.24). My iOS app (iPhone and iPad) no longer recognizes the satellites. I log on to orbilog...

This was resolved with support from my email to netgearteam@netgear.com. I ended up resetting my RBR40 router and to factory settings, and then re-applied my SSID name and password. All devices reconnected easily.
