Orbi RBR40 Packet loss

Ive been having 11-20% packet loss when playing fortnite. 

 A couple of tech-savvy friends had me run traceroutes and everything, pinging to epic games servers as well as websites like google.

My trace route to google seems fine, every hop is ok with no ping spikes or request timed out

When I ping epic games however, half of the hops are * and sometimes there isnt even an end, it just hits the hop limit and stops.

This is correlated in game as i get 11-20% packet loss in game and am running out of ways to fix it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I am willing to provide any model or firmware data as long as it is specified
