What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?
What devices are you using to xfer files and such?
What is the mfr and model of the PC your using?
Test with a different wired PC to compare?
PC connected directly to router or satellite?
What storage devices are you using if any?
Any network switches in the mix?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials.

Ive done factory reset, firmware updates and downgrades but nothing seems to fix the problem. Im mostly tranfering videos and music. But when i check speeds it gives 6 to 10 MB which is really slow.
