Orbi RBR40

I have an Orbi RBR40 and my app said the system had an available update.  I downloaded the update, but not my wifi is down.  I have reset the modem and wifi multiple times but the Orbi still shows disconnected.  Anyone have a fix?

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    Did you apply the FW to the RBS first then RBR lastly? 

     

    Try a factory rest on the RBS and RBR and walk thru the setup wizard  on the RBR with a PC and web browser pointed to orbilogin.net.
