Orbi RBR40
I cannot add my iPhone to the orbi mesh system trusted devices. I recently received a higher speed modem and wondering if I have enough speed with the orbi. I cannot; however, teat because I cannot add my phone to the orbi system.

Can you please define "trusted devices"? Do you Access Control enabled?
Thanks for responding. When I log onto the orbi app, it asks if I should add my iphone 10 as a trusted device but when I say yes, it gives me a "unable to connect." For that reason, I cannot access my orbi account on my phone. I used to be able connect to but I recently received a new phone. Maybe there is a setting I need to change?
Can you log into the RBRs web page with a web browser and make changes there?
