Orbi RBR40
I cannot connect to my Orbi app or reset my password. The security questions (I know the answers) but must have been answered incorrectly or case sensitive/entered wrong.

Can you log in through the browser?
sounds like you're trying the password recovery option.
Problem with it is if you don't know the answers (or didn't set it up, it still asks), then you'd need to factory reset to get back in.
(fyi, answers are case sensitive)
