It’s running the lastest firmware (V2.3.5.30), and I think it’s connected to an ONT that TDS provides and mounted on a wall in basement. Is there still Double NAT condition?

if the ONT has a built in router, then yes will present a double NAT condition. IF not, then single NAT is present.
- It’s hard for me to tell if the modem is ONT or ONR ‘cause I’m no expert. I couldn’t attach any photos here.. no brand name shown on the cover, but I’ll try my best to briefly describe it:
1 reset pinhole, 3 Lan ports (one of them is connected to a cat5e cable), 2 phone ports, and a power input. The indicators including 1 POWER, 1 CPU, 1 WAN, 1 PHONE, 4 LAN.
