This is definitely because you have double routers. the BGW210 is a router and it seems that your Orbi is in Router mode. Either set the BGW210 to bridged mode or change Orbi to AP mode.
Having 2 routers can cause such intermittent issues. So it can work sometimes and suddenly you start getting issues.
