Orbi RBR50 and G5316 not communicating

I can get wifi from the Orbi, but the connection or communication between the Orbi router and my G5316 switch isn’t working. Seems like there might be some kind of setting or security that prevents them from working together. However, the G5316 is an unmanaged switch. Any suggestions?

    Check your LAN cable between the RBR and switch and devices. CAT6 is recommended.
