ORBI RBR50 and RBS50 Speed issues
So incredibly frustrated at this point having spent 2 days now trying to diagnose a problem with my Orbi System. Facts: - Entire house is cabled with Cat5e. All runs tested and capable of 1GB ...
Note:
- Satellite is connected via Ethernet to the base Orbi unit and not the modem as mistakenly said above
- Computer network cards are GB capable and have been until this issue appeared. Drivers are up-to-date and configured correctly.
- what's odd is that the bandwidth through the satellite WiFi is throttled and bandwidth thru the base modem via Ethernet is throttled.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ethernet switch in the configuration?
