ORBI RBR50 and satellite - Backhaul not working - goes always to wireless
i wired my house and i know the ethernet works as i have tested connections. when io try and backhaul my satellite it always defaults to wireless not wired. anyone have suggestions? i tried switching off the main router and seeing if that worked to recycle the connection but it did not - frustrating! any help appreciated. Thanks in advance for your support

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Is the RBS connected to the back of the RBR thru your house wired system?
What happens if you take the RBS to the same room as the RBR and connect it directly to the back of the RBR? Check the status on the RBRs web page.
Be sure your using good quality LAN cables. CAT6 is recommended.
