ORBI RBR50 Cannot connect to internet with CM1000 modem after Trying new Firmware update.

1 - CM1000 Modem Factory Settings
Everything was working great with firmware 210, but as soon as i tried firmware 320 which in the instruction said i had to manually update to 212 first then reboot then update to 320. As soon as i updated to 212 My internet connection was lost. I keep getting this cannot attain ip configuration error. I don't know what to do. Can anyone help. Thanks in advance.

Update the satellites first to v32, then continue to update the RBR to v32. Don't stop to check internet with v212. Do a factory reset and setup from scratch. Walk thru the setup wizard. I would power OFF the ISP Modem for 30 seconds, then do the factory reset and setup wizard.
Were you able to the the system updated correctly?
