Orbi RBR50 Can't Connect
I've had Orbi RBR50 connected for 20 months without any problems. A few days ago, the Orbi disconnected. I reboot modem, router, and Orbi and all was back. It happened again today. I did the same...

Let's begin by trying to reset your Orbi and perform network setup again. If it won't reset then that might indicate a hardware fault (problem). Are you holding in the paper clip for at least 10-15 sec? Do you hear or feel a slight click when you push the paper clip in far enough to depress the switch (way down the hole)?

I've tried resetting a number of different ways, but its not working. I hear the click, but the light won't change from solid green. I've held it down for two minutes, tried pulling out and putting in the power cable multiple times while the reset button was pressed down. None of it is working.
