Orbi RBR50 Can't Download Firmware

Question

Hi.&nbsp; My iPhone X Orbi app won't connect to my home network but I'm able to connect to the router via remote management.&nbsp; However, when I go to Router Settings, there is no "Update Firmware" or "Search For Firmware Update" option, only a reboot option.&nbsp; How can I get the latest firmware update onto my router?

I recommend using a wired PC connected to the router and use IE11 or FF browser and manually download the FW files from NG support site and manually install the files. Update the satellite(s) first then the router.

Ok, should be good to manually upgrade to v.16 if thats what your doing.
