What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT or host router the NG router is connected too?
Look at the connected clients list on the main host router to see the IP address of the RBR in AP mode. Use this to log into the RBRs web page in AP Mode.https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-routerWhat channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Be sure all wifi radios are disabled on the host router.
Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).

Thank you again. Im not sure what I did exactly but i found your reply to another person offering the advice below and it seems to have worked!
I live in 2100sq ft house on 3 levels. The Orbi router is on 1st floor and 2 satellites on ground floor and 2nd floor. The house is fairly open plan so not too much to block the signal.
I changed the networks and fiddled with a few of the settings and somethiong in that seems to have done the trick.
Thank you so much, i really didnt know what to do. Now I just have to try to get my Sonos speakers back online as they have almost all disappeared with all the changes ive made.
I wonder if the sonos community will be as helpful.....
THANK YOU!!
