ORBI RBR50 crashed wont reset
Orbi stopped working all of a sudden. All the devices connected to it went down. No power outage anywhere in the house. Cable modem did not go down as other devices (wired and wireless) connected to ...
The led indicator is only stays green for the first minute or so after turning the unit ON. Thereafter, it goes off. It does respond with amber lights when resetting.
As I said, the pulsing on the RBR50 does not ever stop.
The unit's inbound network connection seems to be offline. While connecting directly to a macbook (wifi off the the mac) using an ethernet cable, and entering 192.168.0.1 or 10.0.0.1 the computer returns the error "You are Not Connected to the Internet." [the System Settings on the mac also indicate that there is no ethernet connection]
That's where I'm stuck. Not Orbi wireless network and no Orbi ethernet connection.
Ok, sounds like the RBR is bad. I recommend you open up a support ticket and ask about an RMA:
