ORBI RBR50 dropping connections frequently

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
I would power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute. Factory reset the XR router and power it off. Power ON the ISP modem and let it sync. Then power ON the XR router and walk thru the setup wizard again using a wired PC and a web browser.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).
Use Domaintools.com/whois to see where that IP address is coming from.

My Wifi connection is sporadically dropping without notice. It resets within 2 to 5 minutes, but I am unable to keep a persistent connection.
I did check the configuration, set the channel to 6, and restarted it all. It ran fine for a few hours, then started again.
I checked the log, and these entries were in there. Is it possible this is causing my problem?[DoS Attack: RST Scan] from source: 88.99.103.29, port 8000, Wednesday, June 05, 2019 14:56:48
[DoS Attack: SYN/ACK Scan] from source: 209.86.93.209, port 110, Wednesday, June 05, 2019 14:47:32
[DoS Attack: RST Scan] from source: 88.99.103.29, port 8000, Wednesday, June 05, 2019 14:47:09
What can I do about this situation?

I myself get the matching ip's in my log like yours.
88.99.103.29
Many people have reported that ip as ddos attacks / portscans. Reports range from June 2nd, 2019 up until 8pm CST June 11th, 2019
https://www.abuseipdb.com/check/88.99.103.29
Recently ones that show up that other users have reported as malicious are
146.88.240.4
45.67.15.69
71.6.232.5 (portscan / vulnerability scan)
136.243.60.85
146.88.240.4
172.104.242.173 (Italy based, Brute Force attacked reported from +600 users)
184.105.139.105
185.94.111.1 (7712 times from 550 distinct sources going back to 2017 in russia)
Usually I disregard most DoS Attack: ACK Scan entries in my logs as well. However I've had issues starting this past week where I can ping successfully to google's dns servers and live video connections don't get interupted, however any new attempt at web requests (port 80/443 etc) are unsuccessful. Usually a reboot of my router will fix the issue. There have been days though where the same problem occurs again anywhere from 30min to 2 hours later and I have to reboot our router/modem as well.
My hardware
Cable Modem Arris Touchstone TM1602A -> Netgear Orbi Model RBR50 running Firmware V2.3.1.60 -> 1 Satelite RBS50 running on firmware V2.3.1.60
I don't believe it's any possiblity with my ISP as current live video isn't interuppted. (This is on a pc that has a hardwired connection to the Orbi router so I can rule out anything related to a wifi signal issue)
My educated thoughts point to most likely either an issue with the Orbi hardware or something that's indeed being caused by an external source.
