Orbi RBR50 firewall configuration for Roomba 960

Our Roomba 960 vacuum cleaner is not connecting through the Roomba app any more and their support team says it's because of the firewall configuration on the Orbi. They recommend that the...

Happy to say the problem is fixed. Don't know why. I opened the app while out of the house using my data plan and could get into it. Later my wife opened the app at home on the Orbi Wifi and it worked, first time in 2 months.

Hopefully it works well. You may only need uPnP enabled and no Port Fowarding configurations. uPnP should only be needed to handle port configurations.

Look under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Port Forwarding?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
