Orbi RBR50 flashing red when trying to reset

For over a week OrbiRBR50 has dropped internet on all devices that have an Operating system. Laptop, desktop, cell phones, ipad . This happened once or twice a day. My smart tvs would continue working. Strange. I would reboot modem, Orbi and everything would connect. Verified that it was not modem by connecting ethernet directly to pc.so I tried resetting the Orbi thinking this would fix. This morning the red light issue started and I tried resetting several times with nothing. There goes 30 hours of my life that I will never get back. Purchased Orbi July 2019 at Costco. So my $300 Netgear router/Orbi lasted about 1.5 years. No more Netgear for me.
