Orbi rbr50 I get error trying to check for new firmware
Same problem for me. Here’s a screenshot.

login to your Orbi via PC
vajim Thank you. The RBR50 router has the latest firmware version; V2.7.2.104. I typically use an iPhone to check for firmware updates. I suppose this time the app for Apple has the fireware check error problem.

keep an eye on V2.7.2.104
do a search here.....lots of folks talking about it was as well as the moderators
The Netgear Team updated their Orbi app for iOS and fixed the "Firmware Check Error" checking firmware update problem for my RBR50 router. I can now check for an update without using my laptop.
