ORBI RBR50 Internet Connection keeps Dropping

What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

Power OFF the ISP modem and Orbi system for 1 minute. Then power ON the ISP modem. Let it sync. Then power ON the Orbi router. Let it come to ready. Power on one satellite at a time.

Please someone help me.. It was fine for the first year after 1st year its dropping every 10-15minuttes for a minute or 2.
