Orbi RBR50 Is saying no Internet connection after factory reset
Spectrum came out to help us with constant outages and did a factory reset on my Orbi router. We are trying to start it back up using the app however it continues to say no Internet connection. It is plugged into the back of the modem and has a solid white light. Any suggestions

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Has a power off for 1 minute then back on of the ISP modem and RBR been performed since last update?
