Orbi RBR50 keeps dropping internet
My Orbi RBR50 (App: 2.5.4.1036, Firmware: v2.5.1.16) keeps dropping internet from the router. Satellites will show connected, but surfing the web gets spotty results (likely due to device switching ...

It seems to be intermittent- some websites can be connected to fine, others throw 404 errors or similar. Once I factory reset and get all green lights, everything works fine to include websites which were previously having problems. Additionally, if I'm surfing from my phone: if I disconnect from wifi and use the 4G or 5G network- everything works great, but when connected to wifi- get mixed results like previously described and which is the same as from my desktop computer conncted via wifi (until I factory reset Orbi).

What Mfr and model is the main host router? There a built in router here by chance?

Don't know the Verizon Fios router model or firmware (the sticker on the back seems to have its default name and password only (in terms of useful info). As a precaution when they were setting it up, Verizon turned off their router's wifi to ensure it wouldn't conflict with Orbi. On the plus side, reliability has been very good for the past few days with no issues, so hopefully it was just a period of connection, line repairs, and such with Orbi having trouble re-connecting once the line was live again- but I'll continue to monitor and update as appropriate.

Well, the problem has re-emerged and despite resetting the Fios router and reconfiguring it (to include turning off its wireless) and resetting my Orbi multiple times, the main Orbi hub continues to show a red dot, though the satellites show green. The unfortunate downside to this is that many web pages throw 404 errors and the connection is spotty. Not sure if there is a way to turn off my main Orbi hub wifi and just rely upon my two satellites for the wifi connection, but anything at this point would be helpful. Thank you all!
