Orbi rbr50 keeps turning off mutliple times of the day, turning magenta sometimes

1:Yes by hardwired you mean devices connected with ethernet, if so yes
2: It is connected to a spectrum
when hardwired devices are dropping too, it makes me suspicious of the modem or the modem's connection.
Problem with spectrum is they've locked down their modems so you can't check their cable connections page anymore. So its tough for us to check it unless you have a 3rd party modem (and some of those get locked down too).
Spectrums first response whenever you ask them to check the line is "its not our line, its fine" or the blame the router.
so what can we do then?
Will replacing the router possibly fix the problem? We called spectrum for support and they switched out there modem and a new one and they said that there line was fixed.so what can we do then?
