Orbi RBR50 LAN Ports showing "Link Down"
I've got an Orbi RBR50 setup as a wifi router and three RBS50 satellites. All have been working fine with my 250 MB Virgin cable hub set up as a modem only. Two of the satellites have LAN connections...

Thanks Furry!
Has a power off and back ON of the RBR and RBS for 30 seconds been performed yet? For 15 seconds yes twice and the second time I just turned the RBR on only for 15 minutes
Are the RBS ethernet connected to the RBR or wirelessly connected? The Virgin Hub3 is ethernet wired to the RBR. The four RBS are all wirelessly connected to RBS.
What CAT# LAN cable are you using? CAT6 UTP is recommended. Probably CAT5e but I'm not 100% sure. All the cables have worked on various ethernet setups previously
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft? 2,400
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. I would guess no satellite is less than 30' from the router.
What happens when you connect the Mac to the RBS? Actually now I've done that the Mac isn't working on the RBS either. I've also turned off all but one RBS ie no home plug or other devices and still nothing
What model Mac do you have? 2013 iMac 27" still running very well never had a problem with wireless internet.
What OSX version is loaded on it? Catalina

Further update I've been using one CAT6 and an unusual version of CAT 5e ethernet cable for testing and when I went back to my very old UTP CAT 5e cables the LAN ports on the RBR and RBS worked fine. I think I've chased it down to the new CAT6 wiring I might have had installed recently (need to check with the sparky).
