Before doing the reboot, can you look at the Orbi log file to see if there is anything about the internet connection in the log?

Just checked the log. There is nothing about the internet connection

So it failed again already? A reboot clears the Orbi log file.

yes it did. how do I see what happened ? because after it fails I cannot connect to see the log and to connect I have to restart that clears the log

Sorry about my confusion. There is a difference between
- Being unable to connect to the Orbi WiFi and
- Being unable to connect to internet resources (such as web pages) and
- Being unable to connect to the internet in any way.
The end result is the same ("damn thing doesn't work"), but there perhaps are different causes. I was hoping to rule out some issues by seeing if the Orbi log mentioned anything about the internet connection. That laptop could be connected to the Orbi using an ethernet cable and used to look at the log.
So when this happens, the Orbi ceases broadcasting WiFi? Or, it continues to advertise WiFi, but no devices can connect?
