Orbi RBR50 loses internet connection when adding a repeater
Hello, I want to extend my WiFi temporary and there for I added a repeater to my network. Each time I add a repeater the WiFi of the RBR50 loses the internet connection. The devices still have ...
What mfr and model # is this repeater? Maybe something thats not compatible with Orbi systems.
I recommend using RBS20, 30, 40 or 50 series Orbi satellites with Orbi systems for best compatibility and operation.
The last one I used was a asus rp-ac56 and the other one i gave away, so i don't know that one.
It was a Netgear repeater. I assume that I can add a Netgear device right?
Orbi RBSs you can add.
Some have said that you can use NGs EX3700s. I had to get specific FW from NG for EX7700s to be able to connect them to the Orbi system.
