Orbi RBR50, no connection with satelites anymore
Since 1,5 year I use an Orbi system with 3 satelites, never had any issues. But out of the blue (I have not changed anything) I only have connection via the router and the 3 other satelites are gon...
what firmware is on the router?
Firmware on the satellites?
What modem/gateway is the router connected to?
Are you re-syncing the satellites?
what error do you run into when re-syncing?
Thanks! Hope I can answer them with my knowledge;
- The firmware on the router is V2.7.3.22
- Firmware satellites I can not see anymore, the app does not recognize them (see attached)
- Connected to the router of my provider (in bridge modus) via lan, lan and wifi via the Orbi router is working
- Not sure how I can re-sync, I tried via the sync bottom on the back of the units
- The app does not recognize the satellites anymore when I search for them
Hello TimdF,
I understand you are having issues with your RBS50 syncing to your RBR50.
Please try the following:
1. First, Press and hold the Reset button until the Power LED on your RBS50 blinks amber.
2. Then, Bring the RBS50 and the RBR50 in the same room ( a few feet from each other).
3. Next, Press the Sync button on the router.
4. Then, Within two minutes, press the Sync button on each satellite.

You can also hardwire the satellites into the router.
that should all you to access them and check firmware.
