Are you just talking when you try to log in through the browser?
If so, theres an link lower on the page to proceed. Can't remember exactly what it says.
what wireless card is in the gaming computer and what driver version is it running?

Yes, login into the website on a web browser. Support said that I may have been hacked.

Most people who talk to "netgear support" don't actually talk to them. They google for a number and get scam sites because netgear doesn't have a direct # to call. To get a hold of support. You click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you start the support process. So be careful with any place thats saying "You've been hacked and we'll sell you a firewall to stop it". Those are the scam sites.
If you're outside of the 90 day support window, netgear actually uses gearhead for support. They have set prices for either a time period or a single incident support.
