Thank you for the response to my question. I contacted tech support again and they said that my hardware is good and the issue is software. I have done a hard factory reset then updated my formaware and still having the same issue. I am Apple user but bought to gaming PC's for Christmas for my kids . The issue that I am able to get on the internet but it kicks them off. I also brought one of the PC's closed to the router and hard wired and it works great. Is there a setting on the PC that I am missing? Is it a sofeware issue? I thought by hard resseting that would fix the problem. Netgear send a page of troubleshooting links but not sure where to look. Thank you in advance for all your help....

Corect. This is the latest firmware for the RBR50.
Since the PC will function correctly with the Orbi when connected using an ethernet cable, it would be useful to learn more about what happens with the WiFi connection. (dragging ethernet cables through the house is simply not practical.)
The Windows operating system has a Control Panel with an option for Network and Sharing. On that page is a selection for Troubleshoot problems. What does it say about the WiFi connection?
How long does it take to "kick them off"? (seconds? minutes?
There are other ways to research what is going on with Windows networking: https://kb.iu.edu/d/bfvh

Great, thank you. Want I am looking for when I am in the Network and sharing. The internet kicks them off within minutes but the problem is I have limited internet bars and the Orbi Satelite is with 20 feet from the computer. Do you think that there is a setting on the Windows.

Click on "Troubleshoot Problems".
Q: Do other WiFi devices function correctly in exactly the same location as the gaming computer?
Q: Does anything change if the computer is "moved around"?
Any substantial amount of metal in the path between WiFi access point and the antenna on the computer will be a problem.
I had a friend who complained about poor WiFi and found that he had placed the WiFi router in a cabinet boxed in by a stack of
electronics and the internet modem.. HVAC ductwork. Appliances. Stone fireplaces. etc. are hell on WiFi.
