Orbi RBR50 not showing up on windows network connections in control panel

I've been trying to reinstall a firmware image on my orbi RBR50 after experiencing problems with it, it wont reset nor show any kind of halo light, attempting to reset via pinhole the light just stays solid green. I've connected it up to my pc in hopes to use nmrpflash to flash it however it just keeps coming up with "No ethernet connected" and checking control panel network connections the ethernet port just keeps saying "network cable unplugged", anyone got any ideas?

    I understand that you are not able to install the updated firmware image to your RBR50. Before I can be of any assistance please answer the following question:

     

    Are you able to see the SSID of the RBR50 on your mobile device when it is plugged in?
