Orbi RBR50 not working

What device is showing an error? can you please describe the specific message?
Through the Orbi app. The Orbi is showing the error. It’s saying that it cannot connect. It’s hooked up to our Fios router. Which is working fine. We love the Orbi too but it just went dead.
- I guess that the blinking white light you see is on the Orbi satellite? Is the Orbi router working fine? How many satellites do you have and do you see the same issue on all satellites? Screenshots from what you see on the Orbi app would help us understand the issue please.

I understand that your RBR50 is unable to reboot or upgrade through the Orbi app. Are you able to access your Orbi through Orbilogin.com?
