Ports are open only when being used. Be sure the port is being used before testing the port condition.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?

As far as I know the Port is being used because it is a Live Stream of my CCTV Cameras.
it was working and then for no reason after about a week it went off line for several days then it came back on all by itself.
There was never a problem with my old Router (Virgin Superhub 3) , however, I did need to set the IP address to DMZ mode.
So the ISP is Virgin Media Broadband (UK) and the Router/Modem is a Virgin Super Hub 3 set to Modem Mode.
Orbi Firmware Version is : V2.7.2.104.
