Orbi RBR50 RBS50 Firmware Version 2.5.1.32

You might downgrade the RBR back to v16, factory reset the RBR and RBS then walk thru the setup wizard, add the RBS, then check for the update again.
New FW seems to always appear on the Orbis FW update page first before the manual file downloads appear on the web site.

I don't mind updated it manually, but the new version can't even be found in the support downloads page (or any information about it at all).

I just looked in both places and 2.5.1.16 is the latest firmware on the Orbi firmware update web page and on the Netgear support web site.
Perhaps the Orbi "app" has a different method of learning about firmware updates?
