Welcome to the **bleep** show that is firmware 1.9.12... I had issues with this firmware as well and had to roll mine back. Unfortunately, I had to block outbound ports 80/443 TCP from the Orbi and Satellites to prevent them from auto updating. Link to post about my issue and how I blocked auto updates.
I was unable to roll the firmware back. How and what did you do about it?
As of this post the Magenta has not come back yet since I plugged into the internet port. 5-6-17
I swapped to the Internet port when I started the thread.
