Orbi RBR50 Satellite dropping connection
Hello every 1 I am having a connection prob with Orbi Satellite..It drops off the connection randomly and then comes back after 5-7 Mts and this is happening several times a day Well all this...
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Try downgrading to v104 on the RBS then RBR...

Ground floor and First Floor
How ever the prob remains
Even if both are at Any distance apart.
Tried from 5 ft to 40 ft
Also have the same connection drop Prob while using ethernet cable
About downgrading to lowrr VER..
Where do I get the old firmware from..

20 feet is too close. 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
What ethernet cable are you using? Be sure it's good quality LAN cable. CAT 6 is recommended.
Is the RBS directly connected to the back of the RBR or is there a LAN switch in between the RBR and RBS?

Yes am Using CAT 6 cable..
With regards to the distance
My place is mostly made of concrete.
When I do initial pairing
The RBS shows BLUE light.. N i take it a few feet before it turns Amber...
And if am using CAT6 cable.. The distance shouldn't matter I guess

Does the RBS top ring turn ON when it drops connection?
Possible maybe bad bad cabling in between the RBR and RBS...
