Orbi RBR50 shows offline, but has Internet access

What modem is this?
ISP installed devices tend to be combo devices which put you in a double nat. Orbi frequently shows offline even when its online when its in a double nat situation.

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Has the ISP modem and RBR been powered OFF for 1 minuted then back on with the modem first, then the RBR?
