Orbi RBR50 shows offline, but has Internet access

connected into modem and disconnected the separate spectrum wifi tower/router.  have internet access.  succesfully added two satellites.  app says "internet:offline" .  Does this matter?  Does it aff...

thank you--Iwill contact spectrum to ask about that and will let you if it worked.  The modem just says "Spectrum".  Will find out
