Orbi RBR50 slow on Spectrum EN2251
I have been using my RBR50 system for a few years. I just switched back to Spectrum (on 400mbps plan), and am not getting more than 9mbps down on either wired or wireless when connected to the Orbi. ...

Ok, Wondering if there is a problem between this Hitron modem and the RBR. Over all the RBR50 supports near 900Mpbs. Mines does, however Ive not used any kind of Hitron branded modems. You might consider a different modem if possible, though with Spectrum, they take a hard line on user owned modems. And there in company ones are the greatest.

Yes agreed, got plenty of speed from the AT&T setup - it has to be the modem. I just wanted to rule out if there were any special settings on the Orbi side. We only switched as we have had so much problem with the line in to our house - having it replaced 4 times in the year we were here. Spectrum buries there cable 8 inches instead of the one inch that AT&T did, and not near as sensitive.

Other than Armor, Circle, Access Controls and Traffic Meter that seems to cause some slow speed problems, if a reset is performed and these features not enabled, nothing else user wise to configure on the RBR. IF the ISP service and modem are working well, the RBR50 will see near 900Mpbs on the wire.
