Orbi RBR50 Solid White RIng
Powered the Orbi off and on this morning and the ring turned solid white. Rings on the two satellites were majenta. I read to do a factory reset and run through the setup again, but it won't factory reset. I held the button in for 2 minutes and nothing happened. I fear it's dead in the water. Any suggestions?

I would unplug everything from Orbi and wait 5 mins.

If that doesnt work, I am afraid you may have a boat anchor.
