Orbi RBR50 system blocking Madden app
I upgraded to on Orbi system at the end of last year and everything was working great. Out of nowhere, I could no longer log into my Madden app on my iphone or ipad. It may or may not have coincide...
I upgraded the Orbi's Firmware to version about a month ago (V2.5.1.8). My internet connection is through an RF Antenna so there is not a modem between the Orbi and the antenna.
Do you have Armor or Circle enabled on the RBR?
What is the IP address the RBR is getting from your ISP? Something like ##.##.###.### or is it a 192, 172 or 10 IP address on the Internet port?
I disabled the Armor thinking that was the problem but it didn't help and is still disabled. It's assigning an IP 192.168.1.1
On the Internet Port, the External IP address assigned by my ISP is 192.168.20.8
Ok so there is a up stream router from the RBR.
The other problem maybe that even though you disabled Armor, its still running in the back ground. I recommend you factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch. This time, do no enable Armor or Circle.
The up stream router may still pose a problem however hoping just the reset will be all thats needed.
I finally had an opportunity to try the reset and went through the whole process of reinstalling everything. Frustratingly, the Orbi automatically reinstalled Armor and didn't let me stop it from doing so. So, the problem persists. I discovered this weekend that the Orbi will not let me log in to set up or use Venmo, either.
