Wow, for that size of home and sq ft on one level, thats too many RBS. RBR50 and 1 RBS covers my 2story 5000sq ft home with basement without any problems.
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
Lets remove the RBS20 and RBW30 and just run the RBR50, RBS50 and the outside RBSY for now...
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.

Is Circle or Armor enabled?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system been performed since last update?

With that size of your home my first question would be, where is the router located? A more centralized location would be better.
As superior as the Orbi Mesh system is, it's still a router/WiFi system and for the most part is not able to create new WiFi signals or strength. Where it does do a great job directing the flow of data, the distance between router and satellite can still be a challenge
