    OK, it's fixed.  Connected to Modem.  Followed the "new setup" instructions in the app, and it booted up fine.  I swear I did that no fewer than 3 times yesterday, but today it's working.  Thanks for the repsonses.

I am not using the Spectrum router.  The Orbi is in router mode connected directly to the modem.
