ORBI RBR50 with wifi 5 using Armor app drops connection

All 4 steps were completed on August 15, 2021. The “Bitdefender For Armor App” still has the same problem. I will repeat the problem I noted in every problem report since I initially installed the app Unfortunately, there was no solution.
You are able to talk to support? I certainly hope you call them back and say, "Case not closed."
