Orbi RBR50 won't let me click links
WHen on my Orbi signal, i often can't click a direct link. It asks me for a security code for the website. If I use my signal from ATT on the same page it works fine. I'm a novice at this. Please help.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?What broswer are you using? Try a different browser? IE11, Firefox or Opera.
Do you have Armor or Circle enabled?
I've attached pictures of the ATT boxes.
I'm going to reveal how much of a novice i am.
Not sure what firmware is but I have a MacBook Pro with latest Catalina.
I've tried google and safari and none of them work.
I thought it was armor at first, but my free trial is expired.

Were looking for ISP modem Manufactuer and model# information.
