Here's another thing I totally forgot to mention. The router loses internet connection but the satellite does not. See attached screenshot.

What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too? It would be a good step to start to see if the RBR can be come stable. It's a valid trouble shooting step that needs to be tried.
Try a factory reset on the RBR and RBS and setup from scratch. Try some of the suggestions as well.
